PROCLAD T™ aluminium foil jointing tape is a premium jointing tape recommended for use with ProTech Global Ltd, premium PROCLAD™️ range of jacketing systems.
PROCLAD T™ tape is the premium multi-layered laminate tape to be used in conjunction with PROCLAD100™ or PROCLAD150™ on pipe applications. The tape provides a weatherproof jointing seal to pipe fittings. The laminate has a zero perm rating to prevent moisture ingress and with increased strength and UV resistance, PROCLAD T™ tape provides a market leading solution.
The technically advanced adhesive being solvent free for safe environmentally conscious use is capable of being applied in wet/humid conditions at extremes of temperatures (-30C to +130C).

Surface Preparation
Ensure all surfaces are dry and clean, free from dirt, dust, grease, oil and silicones.
Ensure firm pressure is applied to the PROCLAD T™ Aluminium Foil Jointing Tape to provide the best adhesive bond, and that sufficient tape is applied (of at least 25mm) either side of joints to provide a long-lasting seal.
Application
Remove the release paper from the section of PROCLAD T™ tape, taking care not to touch the adhesive surface.
Align the PROCLAD T™ Aluminium Foil Jointing Tapecentrally over the join. Pull the tape taut and then press down firmly over the entire joint area.
Rub the tape to remove any wrinkles or folds.
Product Shelf Life
12 months when stored in original, unopened packaging at 21˚C (70˚F) / 50% relative humidity, and kept out of direct sunlight.
